Room for rent in 3br, 2 story town home in Fort Collins, Colorado

I am looking for someone to take over my room lease in a three bedroom, two story town home at Aspen Heights. The room has two windows, a huge closet and private bathroom. The common area has a washer and dryer, bathroom, kitchen, pantry, storage closet, porch with swing and mounted flat screen TV. Myself and my roommate will be moving out on June first, although I would be willing to have somone move in sooner. The third person in the house will be moving out on June 18th. The other rooms will be filled unless you have somone in mind that you would like to live with. You will have unlimited access to a full workout facility, pool and hot tub, volley ball court, study area with mac computers and printer, movie theater, tanning, etc. You also get free wifi and free cable.
